There are two kinds of fried and seasoned chicken in the Korean chicken restaurant. Of course, chicken with various seasonings is preserved.
Soy sauce, spicy sauce, savory sauce, and sweet sauce are popular in Korea.
The chicken I’m going to introduce today is a regular chicken made of simple fried chicken, and unlike Kentucky Fried Chicken, it’s less seasoned and has a thin layer of frying powder, making it more crispy and savory.
